Overview

RoleShot is a Two Feathers Intelligence service that helps participating venues create and deliver themed photo keepsakes for guests. This policy explains the types of information RoleShot may collect, why it is used, and how guests or venue contacts can reach us with privacy questions.

Information we may collect

• Guest or participant name entered during registration.
• Optional email address or phone number used for photo delivery.
• Venue, room, event/session, date, and registration details needed to match the guest to the correct photo group.
• Submitted photos, generated keepsakes, delivery status, and review or support activity related to a RoleShot session.
• Basic technical information such as logs needed to secure, troubleshoot, and operate the service.

How information is used

• To register guests for a venue event/session.
• To create, review, and deliver themed photo keepsakes.
• To support participating venues and respond to help requests.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability.
• To send SMS/MMS or email photo delivery messages only when the guest provides the relevant contact method and consent where required.

Sharing

RoleShot does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the participating venue, service providers that operate RoleShot, or legal authorities when required by law.

Guest choices and contact

Guests can ask about access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal by contacting the venue or RoleShot. SMS/MMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where supported.

Venue export and retention

If a venue account is terminated or archived, venue administrators may use the 90-day post-termination export window to export venue data, guest/contact records, event/session history, delivery and audit records, and waiver records. After that window, RoleShot may automatically delete the terminated venue account and related records unless a legal-retention hold or other required carve-out applies.
