Using RoleShot

RoleShot helps participating venues register photo groups, create themed keepsakes, and deliver guest galleries. Guests and venue users are responsible for providing accurate information and using RoleShot in a lawful, respectful way.

Venue and guest content

Guests and venues should only submit photos and information they are allowed to provide. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or intended to interfere with the service.

Photo delivery and consent

Email or SMS/MMS photo delivery depends on the guest providing the relevant contact method and consent where required. SMS/MMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where supported.

Mobile phone numbers are not sold, shared, rented, or used for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Service availability

RoleShot may depend on venue operations, internet connectivity, delivery providers, hosting providers, and image-processing systems. RoleShot does not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific delivery time for every session.

Venue termination, export, and deletion

When a venue account is terminated or archived, venue administrators may export venue data and waiver records during the 90-day post-termination export window. After that window, RoleShot may automatically delete eligible terminated-account records, subject to legally required retention, dispute, audit, or security carve-outs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, RoleShot and Two Feathers Intelligence is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
